What to expect:

Initial Virtual Consultation: You’ll share where you’re struggling and where you really want to be, and then we’ll discuss how we can help you achieve that vision!

This is a no-pressure virtual appointment, and if we’re not the right fit, we will give you direction on where to go from here.

Initial Assessment and Custom Healing Plan: We talk, move, and gain clarity on where you feel stuck so we can move forward. We form a plan that fits your schedule and feels good to you!

Each session you will leave feeling more confident in reaching your goals. You will have access to online resources and open communication between sessions.

1:1 Support and Access to Programs To Support Your Needs: Say goodbye to your pain, feel good in your body again, and get back to hiking the trails, running around with your kids, or taking that yoga class!
